Most iPhone clones differ from one another in terms of features. One may have a built in TV (the N99i). Another may have a key board or scroll bar (ZXN), while another may support Java (CECT i9). This article is going to discuss one of the newer popular phones - the Xphone. Interestingly, though, this mobile gets the most attention not because of differing features but because of differing colors. This article will give of overview of this new colorful iPhone knock off.

The X Phone Has A Large Assortment Of Different Colors Available: When the iPhone clones first came out, most of them were black in color. Eventually, a few offered silver finishes and these became very popular. With the release of the Xphone, you can now get your clone in gold, red, blue, silver or black. Of all of these colors, gold is the most popular.

Although the color choices have made this X model quite popular, it's no slouch in the feature department either. It has all of the standard add ons and bonuses typical of the clones, including "dual sim standby" (this allows you to have two phone numbers or networks online at one time). As an example, you could web browse on Sprint and take calls on T Mobile. It is typically used most by entrepreneurs and business people, but any one who takes a lot of calls might enjoy this.) However, if you have no use for this feature, the phone works fine without it.

This phone also gives you the ability to web browse and email, navigate information and media on the oversized 3.2 inch touch screen via the "finger flow" or "finger touch" interface. This mobile also has MP3 / MP4, built in digital camera / web cam, Bluetooth, hand writing recognition, e-book reader and FM radio. You connect this phone to your computer via USB cable for easy transfer. The memory is expandable up to 2GB. The talk time is 200 - 300 minutes.

This one is tri band and it covers 900, 1800, and 1900 GSM MHz. This is covers most people, but there is some AT&T and Cingular rural carriers on the 850 MHz band. You can easily check which will work for you either online of through a quick call to your carrier.

Shake And Tilt AKA Shake To The Music: One feature that isn't standard on all clones that the X phone has is called shake and tilt control. This is also on many models like the A88, i9, or A380i. Shake and tilt allows you to scroll through media, music, wall paper, etc by just shaking the clone. Also, every time you tilt it, the picture on the phone will right itself. When paired with the flow touch interface (wherein you can scroll through information, edit photos, etc, by only using your fingers), these two things make this phone very user friendly and intuitive.

Price wise, the X Phone is pretty much right smack in the middle of the pack. Averaging around $150, it's not the cheapest and it's not the most expensive clone out there. But it appears that most people think being able to get the phone in the unique colors with the features they want without having to rely on skins or covers (that don't really change the color underneath) is worth it.
