Consumers now expect a whole lot from their technology and mobile phones are no exception. Apple's iPhone raised this bar even more with it's "everything in one phone" design. People loved having web browsing, MP3 / MP4, digital camera / web cams, and FM radio all in one.

This technology seemed a big deal way back when, but it isn't any more. These features are now almost old school. Today, many consumers want to take this even further. There want additional add-ons like real time analog TV, dual Bluetooth and higher resolution cameras so that they can replace their regular digital cameras with their cell phones other than in just emergency cases.

Cell phones that fit this tough bill are becoming more and more commonplace. To take that even further, many consumers love the finger touch interface when it comes to scrolling through the phone's menu or the web, but they don't like having to text or message on a flat screen. Many really prefer texting on real, raised keys. Some still want a scroll bar. For these folks, the PT400 may be worth a look. This article will discuss some of the features of this phone.

Quad Band: This phone is quad band which supports GSM 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz bands, (which pretty much provides worldwide coverage on almost every network or carrier under the sun.) It's not a bad idea to check with yours to make sure, though.

A High Quality 3.0 Mega Pixel Digital Camera / Web Cam: Many of the popular iPhone clones have 1.3 mega pixel cameras, so this is a decent upgrade. This camera phone takes very sharp photos and allows for 5 X zoom.

Free, Real Time Analog TV And Streaming Video On An Oversized 3.0 Inch Touch Screen: This phone has analog TV with an antenna, not the "TV out" feature on many phones that allows you to hook the phone up to a TV to watch the phone's video on a big screen. The PT400 offers free real time TV (supports PAL and NTSC) so that you can watch your favorite local shows away from home on the oversized 3.0 inch, high resolution, finger touch screen.

Full Keyboard And Scroll Bar For Texting: Although the PT mobile is a touch screen phone, it allow offers texting and messaging on real keys with a key board and scroll bar. Of course, some die hard iPhone fans may not like this and would want to stick with knock offs with strict touch screens like the i9 or the P168S, but for people who like a keyboard, this may offer the best of both worlds.

Standard Features Indicative Of The Imports: Of course, this phone is filled with all of the standard things we've come to expect and be spoiled by, including Bluetooth (dual in this case as well as A2DP), internet and web browsing, FM radio, MP3 / MP4, built in digital camera / web cam, texting and email. This phone is also very efficient, allowing for 120-150 minutes of talk time and 120-180 hours standby time. There is handwriting recognition and data transfer via USB.

Pricing: The price on the PT400 is sort of the middle of the clone range - running around $100 -$140. But, it is in my opinion one of the best texting, dual sim TV clones available right now and for those looking for a loaded mobile with TV and advanced photo capabilities, this one may fit the bill.
